She has given us great kids, we sold one of her Buck's, Bear Creek BC W297 that was out of FSE 5026 last year for $750.00 to Kevin in NE. We are keeping a gorgeous daughter out of her and RA Mr. Texas Gunner, Bear Creek BC X361. So, if you should just get one kid out of her, with any luck at all, she should be paid for "and" with a little left over for feed and your time.
Just got a update on the interest one of our Banks in town is paying, .45%, so if you let them use your $350.00 for a year, they will reward you with $1.575. Woo Hoo, hope you don't have to mail them a letter, that would about wipe out your earnings. Take a chance on Goats, at least you will have meat to eat, should the need arise. |

TLB 8055, he is a TLB 154 *Ennobled* Son and goes back to a very popular buck on his Dams side called TLB Quarter Horse a Buck that is pictured in the Blair Smith Production Sale ad in the July 2010 issue of the Goat Rancher.
Bear Creek BC W260 Commanche, he is a DSM Richard *Ennobled* Son, Our Genetics are still packed with DSM Richard as we kept many, many of his Daughters and also used his son's Joshua and Yogi. DSM Richard gave us fantastic weight gains and wide, wide loins.
TLB 9004 is out of TLB T333 Ripper *Ennobled*, Ripper genetics were very popular at last year's Blair Smith Production sale in San Angelo, TX, my first pick sold for $8000.00, then 2nd choice for $9600.00, we were finally able to purchase TLB 9004 and have not been disappointed, he has definitely added length and elegance to our herd.
These Bucks are priced at $300.00 - $500.00, if you are looking for a more perfect package we do have another pen that are priced $650.00 and up, but, don't discount these guys, they could match with your doe's and give you awesome. |

Update: 30 July he weighed 122 lbs., so we desperately need to update his picture, he has almost tripled in size since his picture in April. |

Bear Creek Older Does
Bear Creek Boer’s is offering 10 of their older Doe’s for sale. Head’s up, you “will not” buy these doe’s on how “they” look, you will buy them on what we and “you” hope they will produce for you. It would be totally awesome if they could go to 1 or 2 homes, or at least go in pair’s, as they have all but one been raised here on the farm.
If you do the math, the whole herd would be $3300.00, I have recently written on this website about how investing in CD’s is not very profitable right now, NO, I am not a financial planner, just using common sense. If you could find a rate of 1.5% and invested the $3300.00 for a year you would get $49.50 at the end of the year, yikes, not good. IF, with these doe’s you could get 15 kids and sell them for $300.00 that would gross you $4500.00, thus $1200.00 more than what you paid for the doe’s to pay for their food etc. and you would still have the kid factory. To sum up, most of our kids that we sell start at $500.00 thus you could have a better bottom line than I projected, but, I must also advise what farmers have to deal with that CD investors do not, your initial investment is not guaranteed, you could lose all of the Doe’s and get nothing in return. Kinda like going to Las Vegas.
There are 8 priced at $350.00 each and 2 priced at $500.00 each. But, if you take 2 or more we will drop $50.00 on each one.
